From the kitchen at Wagon Creek Creamery: pizza crusts! A favorite of our family. For years we've been grinding wheat and using it in homemade pizza crust. We're offering 8" round crusts--6 to a package, in a resealable bag so you can use as many as you want at a time. We used to keep them in the freezer, but have discovered that they will last just fine for several weeks in the refrigerator. Add your own tomato/pizza sauce, cheese and toppings such as sausage, ham, bell peppers, zucchini, olives, mushrooms, etc. Try Waogn Creek mozzarella on top. A great combination: 2 packages (6 oz each) shredded cheddar cheese (made from the milk from our grass fed dairy cows) and a 6 count (8" round) package of frozen pizza crusts. Great for a quick meal or a snack. Pizza crusts are made right here on the farm in our commercial kitchen and include Oklahoma whole wheat flour. Cheese ingredients: Grade A unpasteurized whole cultured milk, non animal rennet, salt. Crust ingredients: Whole wheat flour, unbleached flour, water, oil, yeast, salt.
